Terms of sale & refunds

These terms cover purchases made in the Revenant Machine web store at revenantmachine.com, including Fuel and item packs for ICE Wars and other web games we publish.

What you're buying

Fuel and other in-game currencies are a limited licence to use virtual items in our games. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred or sold to other players. Items are cosmetic and don't give a gameplay advantage. Purchases are added to the player account on the browser you used, and you can recover them on another device using the email and order number on your receipt.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion, and sales tax or VAT is added where required. You'll receive a receipt by email for every purchase.

Delivery

Purchases are delivered instantly once your payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take longer to confirm; your items are added automatically when they do. By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately.

Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged twice, bought by mistake, or didn't receive your items — email press@revenantmachine.com within 14 days with your order number. We'll refund purchases whose Fuel hasn't been spent, and fix any delivery problem. When a payment is refunded or charged back, the Fuel and items from that purchase are removed from the player account.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes and availability

We may change prices, items and these terms, and we may retire a game. If we shut down a game's web store, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this site.
